Education
Kendal V.T. Power obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with distinction, from the University of Alberta in 1991. He then obtained a Law Degree from the University of Alberta in 1995 and was admitted to The Law Society of Alberta in 1997.
Practice
For the past 20 years, Kendal has acted only for injured individuals. Kendal focuses his practice on motor vehicle accident claims, fatal accident claims, slip-and-fall accident claims, physical assault claims, sexual assault claims and disability insurance dispute claims. He has experience at all levels of Court in the Province of Alberta and has also made appearances before Workers’ Compensation Board Tribunals and Canada Pension Plan Appeal Tribunals.
